Lazy Days Skirt

Today is the last day of Mel's Oliver+S lazy day's skirt sew along, phew I just made it!

I love how this turned out, the fabric is Wonderland by Momo. Its not warm here this afternoon, though is Sunny, she hasn't taken it off yet : )
Its good to see the Sun and get to enjoy the simple pleasure of hanging the washing on the line.

I also just want to mention that the Down to Earth Forum has moved after a few issues in the old one. If you are at all interested in Cooking from Scratch, making your own, slowing down, spending less and changing the way you live to a more wholesome self driven, self sufficient way then it would be worth having a look, come over register and say hi.

If you like my blog, you will more than likely enjoy the Forum.

  5. Great skirt Tammy, I love the bitterflies. It's still too cold and wet here for washing on the line, hopefully not too far away. I'm off now to check out the forum. Have a lovely weekend.

  12. Lovely skirt! I joined in the sew-a-long also. i made a skirt from a vintage sheet and the ribbon from our wedding cake. So not only is it cute but sentimental also.
