Vintage Glass Happiness

I think I have mentioned here before that I have a love for depression era glass pieces.
So I thought I'd share a few of the ways its making me smile here this week.

This little creamer makes a pretty vase for fallen flower heads and is in my kitchen , the perfume lifts my spirits and it is just a visual delight to me :) Behind it one of my Bowls hold lemons.

These were this weeks op shop buys the oval one is now holding hair accessories in my bathroom and the round one holds jewellery.

This one was a bit of a splurge on Ebay but Oh how I love its Art deco design and that its Pink! Its my first Pink piece I usually stick with clear but the colours are starting to hold more appeal now. This is by the front Door.

  1. That's beautiful. I've got a think for glass too but am not really across that era. I've traditionally gone for blue glass. I really like the simple lines of depression era glass.

  4. They're lovely pieces Tammy. I love the vase. Can you believe I sold 2 small pink creamers on ebay? I wasn't using them for anything but I wish now I didn't sell them.
