My Creative Space

Here is my Creative space for this week.
I made up one of these simple baskets so that Miss 5 could take some Chocolate to her teacher : )

My design brief was Pink and Blue. JUST Pink and Blue ... lol.

I saw these online and my friend told me she had made some so I went ahead with the simple instructions and made a bigger size.
I took a 9 x 9 inch piece of card stock and scored it at three and 6 on each side, then cut into the middle three inches on each score on two opposite sides, leaving the other two sides intact and folding then on the score lines. Fold the cut sides up so that the furthererest corners touch and secure it with a Brad.
Simple if you can understand my instructions.

We filled it out with some recycled gold tissue Paper and some little Chocolate Eggs.
I think you could make some very pretty versions with heavy weight paper.
Thanks for stopping by and you know I'm playing along with Kirsty's creative space so pop on by her blog for more links and inspiration.

  1. Tammy that is so nice and so not overdone. I'm going to come back during Easter and have a o at this.

  2. How beautiful and what a great way to house goodies if you're passing them on. I might have to buy some paper and try it out myself, though I don't often like working with paper, it never ends nice.

  10. SO cute, I hope the teacher re-uses it for something- it's too pretty to throw away when the chocolate's finished. xo m.
