making cards ...

... my current preferred method used for housework procrastination. ; )

Gorgeous old ( fave ) Basic Grey paper from the Oh baby (boy ) range, cupcake stamp from 'There She Goes' and sentiment from PTi 'signature greetings' set.

All stamps on this card from the PTi 'life' set its gorgeous!
Paper is old Scenic Route. This is the fathers day card for my Dad.

Next something a little bit non traditional in its design ...

The sentiment is by 'green grass' stamps, the frame is a 'waltzing Mouse' stamp and the leaves are an Inque Boutique stamp.

I  have some others in the wings too.

I spent a couple of hours yesterday taking all my Chipboard Alphas and shapes, that I don't and probably won't ever use, out of my cupboard. It free'd up a lot of space and allowed me to re arrange a bit . Now I have a huge tub of partial alphas to sort through and record. I will try and sell them off in like bundles quite cheaply if anyone is interested. I'll list on a blog tab as a first attempt. I have a habit of buying something I like in multiple colours so there might be usable entire Alphabets in the same font but different colours, I did also tent to use positives much more than negatives on my pages. I have a few sets of thickers I spelt one word from and some untouched sets, one with one letter missing and lots of well used ones too.

Hope you are all having a great Day with your Dads and or children's Fathers.
My kids Dad is away with his eldest child this weekend so we will do 'Fathers day ' tomorrow.
Happy Day to all the Dads out there.
