Wplus9 Colour Cue 4

Today my card is inspired by the Wplus9 colour cue 4 challenge.
Heres what I made using White, Navy, Yellow and Light Blue.


Materials :- SU bashful blue; an unidentified shade of Dark blue Bazzill from my Scrap bag; A Green Tara flower; Maya Road velvet flower and trinket pin; Yellow grosgrain ribbon; sassafrass lass PP; Nesties tag trio dies and green grass Stamp.
