A sweet surprise.

Earlier this morning I pulled my embroidery books and magazines out of storage searching for some stitch inspiration to get me ready for the latest tutorial at Down to Earth.
A few DMC floss wrappers fell out of pages and I saw a few patterns that are familiar to me as long abandoned WIP's.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened up this mag from 1991 and saw this cross stitch poking out of the pages! I have no idea what I was originally intending to do with these and the incomplete piece is a family of bears in church which indicates I had someone or thing in mind for it ...

Well what ever my original intent was here I have some sweet little Christmas bears under the mistletoe ( a little too close to one edge of the fabric ) ready for a last minute project!
