My Little Miss headed off to a Birthday Party today so I made a sweet card for the Birthday Girl.

I used pretty LilyBee Designs Paper, Papertrey Ink stamps, Dies and impression plate. Stampin Up Not quite Navy was used for the sentiment.
A little bit of Colourful Cheer and a dreary rainy day.
