Tea and Toast

I was making my late morning Cuppa and thought I'd like something a little savoury to go with it. Then I remembered the herb butter I made a few nights ago ... Perfect!


Herb butter made with chives, thyme, parsley and an onion top from the garden.
Spread on toast cooked in the sandwich press to make it nice and crispy. A perfect quick savoury snack!
