Home-made bread!

Now that probably doesn't seem like anything new to readers who have been around a long while, I have done it before after all. But it has been a long while between loaves. Again I'm using Rhonda's 2007 bread for beginners, tutorial recipe. This is a really great tutorial for anyone wanting to start making bread by hand with tips on kneading and proving yeast :) Its my basic 'go to' recipe.

Home made Bread

I made the dough on Monday night while I was preparing dinner and I left it in the fridge overnight for its second rise. Then Baked it in the morning yesterday. In hindsight I will try this way again but do things slightly differently, my first rise was not too good on my first attempt at doing it this way.
I enjoyed it with honey for lunch and breakfast and with some of my home made plum jam for afternoon Tea yesterday!

I just realised it looks like there is a bite out of the side of the loaf but I promise there isn't.
Have a gorgeous day . x
